Our pastel group is for beginners to advanced - anyone with an interest in soft pastel is welcome to join. PSNR is an umbrella group of the International Association of Pastel Societies so membership in PSNR allows you to enter IAPS shows as well. Other benefits include being on our PSNR website with an individual page and your contact information, and being informed by email of interesting shows or happenings in the world of pastel.. Dues are payable in January of each year and are not prorated for issuance of late membership. Dues are $30/ year.
