Amanda doesn’t remember a time in her life when she wasn’t drawing. Coming from an artistic family, drawing and painting seemed to be an everyday occurrence in the home. The youngest of four children, she spent countless hours drawing in her effort to equal the skill of her father and siblings.

Her love of art led her to a career in graphic design, in addition to her fine art pursuits. Amanda balances her career as a graphic designer with her fine arts, participating in many projects which combine her design knowledge with her fine art talents.

As a fine artist, Amanda strives to capture the magic she finds hidden within everyday life. Her representational style suits her interest in varied subjects, painting anything from portraits and wildlife to landscapes. Her artistic journey has taken her through a variety of mediums from oil painting, batik, clay sculpture and her true passion, pastels.
 
Amanda lives in southwestern Montana where four generations of her family have called home.
