Mary Giacomini is a professional artist whose love of color shines throughout her artwork. "Peaceful places" is the theme in her artwork whether she is working in pastel, watercolor or oil. Her award winning artwork has been accepted into national juried shows including Arts for the Parks mini-2004 with "An Enchanted Forest"

Mary graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor of fine art degree. She lives in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains of Colorado where she finds plenty of inspiration from hiking, plein air painting, camping: anything involving the outdoors. She continues to further her education by working with other artists, attending workshops, being involved in various art organizations as well as teaching art to others.
